A Marco Island Family Owned Original

The Gorman sisters, Catherine and Claire, were lucky enough to grow up on beautiful Marco Island.
So when it came time to open The Spirited Painter, there was no doubt that Marco was the perfect place. Along with their mother, Cathy, the sisters opened The Spirited Painter in the Fall of 2015.

As a family, they wanted to create something that would bring joy to others, and what better way than art! Their Island inspired works are reflective of their tropical upbringing, and true to the relaxed and unique spirit of Marco Island.

The team is dedicated to the highest quality local artists, excellence in customer service, and
creating a memorable experience for each and every guest.

Thank you for visiting The Spirited Painter and we hope to see you at a Paintshop soon!

I love using my imagination, starting with an idea or vision and bringing it to life. I enjoy the journey just as much as the destination. Working with my hands and making art is my therapy, and looking at a finished project makes me happy.
Luckily I am sharing this passion as an art teacher with my students, small and big. This process is a mutual exchange, as I also like to be inspired by my students.
